Sartre is a visual expression and exploration into the initially daunting aspects of existentialism, namely isolation in it's varying forms and responsibility of the individual for their experience in it's entirety. This work was greatly inspired by the writing of Jean-Paul Sartre and evolved to exhibit a multitude of underlying themes including domesticity, the mind as home, self alienation.

Each print comprised of two landscape images, shot with meticulous attention to lighting then merged to create one square image of vast emptiness, darkness and constricting isolation.
